How can we help?

You start each session with 5 hearts. Every mistake in a lesson costs one heart. When you run out, you can wait for them to refill over a few hours, refill instantly with gems, practice old lessons to earn them back, or go Super for unlimited hearts. Hearts make lessons feel like they matter without ever locking you out of learning.

Complete at least one lesson every day and your streak grows by one. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero — unless you have a Streak Freeze equipped, which absorbs one missed day automatically. You can buy Streak Freezes with gems in the Shop.

When you earn your first XP of the week, you're placed in a cohort of 30 learners. Everyone competes on weekly XP. Finish in the green promotion zone and you advance a tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, all the way to Diamond. Land in the red demotion zone and you drop one. Boards reset every Monday with a results ceremony.

Because Chirp is a brand-new app, your cohort is filled with clearly-labeled pace-setters rather than other live humans — we would never show you fake people pretending to be real learners. As Chirp grows, cohorts will fill with genuine learners at your level.

Your 14-day trial unlocks unlimited hearts, no ads, and monthly League Repair. It converts to the annual plan afterward unless you cancel in Settings. Chirp runs commerce in demo mode through the platform gateway, so no card is ever charged here.

Your progress is tied to your Chirp identity. Sign in on the web or the mobile app and your streak, XP, and lessons come with you.

In the mobile app, open Settings → Notifications. Pip caps reminders at a gentle level and will even stop nudging you if the reminders clearly aren't working — because a good habit shouldn't feel like nagging.
